I can only speak for myself, and I have felt helpless these last couple of weeks with this craziness that has hit the world & each & every one of us. I’ve cycled through bouts of energy, sadness, anger & almost every feeling in-between, & that’s normal! It’s ok to feel all of these emotions right now. There’s no right or wrong way to navigate, Covid-19 is new to all of us.
Ever since I can remember, whenever I feel helpless, I like to convert that worry & anxiety into good. It doesn’t take much, we can do soooo much with just the device that’s already sitting in our lap or in our hand. I’m not delusional & think that by donating, it can make all of the difficult emotions all go away, but every action of kindness & help go a long way not only for others but for your own personal well-being. Doing good naturally causes our bodies to release feel-good chemicals that brighten our mood.
