A scarf might be the last thing you throw on to finish your day or night look, but it can be your biggest weapon in your closet arsenal to make you look great. With fall weather going into high gear over the next few weeks, it’s time to pay attention to your neckwear once again. Not only can you wrap scarves and tie them in a crazy amount of combinations, but a well-made scarf also gives your style a personal touch.
$10 In God We Trust NYC F U Scarf
Pink isn’t for girls or Nancy boys anymore. The In God We Trust NYC F U scarf, from my favorite Brooklyn based store, “lets you say how you really feel - without actually saying it.” It has a subtle pattern squares throughout saying F U. The feeling of having a little elusive middle finger to the world as you keep yourself warm makes any day better. Get it quick though, the F U Scarf came in two different styles, with one already sold out. Rock this scarf and you are bound to have some attitude.
$89 – Hickorees Flannel Scarf
It’s surprising that it hasn’t been done before; flannel is the epitome of fall. Finally you can rock a touch of flannel without looking like a lumberjack by wearing Hickorees Flannel Scarf. The Japanese fabric gives it a quality that makes the price of the scarf a steal. Not only is four-color gingham aesthetically pleasing, but the fact that the flannel is double-sided gives it that final finished off look.
$295 - James Perse Cashmere Scarf
The James Perse Cashmere Scarf is hands down my favorite scarf ever; I personally own this scarf and can tell you it finishes off any outfit. The 100% cashmere just feels great wrapped around your neck. It’s lightweight so it’s not overbearing and its large size makes it able to be wrapped around in infinite different styles. James Perse is a master at creating pieces with amazing construction, shape and fabric. The grey color makes it a must-have by the pure fact that it goes with any outfit. It’s a scarf you will never want to get rid of.
